Three EURASIAN BITTERNS wintering in Marsworth Reedbed

I first found all 3 EURASIAN BITTERNS on 7th December, all roosting in the reedbed at the west end of Marsworth Reservoir - the Hertfordshire end! Two are to be found on the southern edge, opposite the hide, and the other on the western fringe, all building platforms on calm evenings between 1600 and 1630 hours.....
